Elaborating on this: It’s great that people eat gluten free to make them healthier in general, but sometimes people ask me how I eat gluten free all the time and always say no- it’s not really a choice for me. Knowing that I’m very much at risk of having seizures, cancer, miscarriages and a lot of other things that gluten can cause, not to mention what it’s already done, I can’t comprehend why I would put it in my body.

Happy Saturday, ya’ll!

As a college kid currently low on food in my apartment and cafeteria meal swipes, I decided it was time to whip up the muffin mix that I had.

It’s plain, so I made half of them cinnamon sugar and half chocolate chip.

Muffins are great because they last for days if you store them right and taste even better when zapped in the microwave for a few seconds.

The queue is currently empty, so please send in your submissions so I can fill it up.

(I’ll teleport a muffin through the computer, if you do!)

They put it at the gluten free table in the cafeteria the other day…

I completely agree with this one- the gluten free food at Disneyland is some of the best I’ve had!
Go to town hall and ask for a GF menu and they’ll give you one with a list of all of the places that have stuff!

disney world restaurants treat you like royalty when you have a food allergy.  when you make reservations you tell them you’re celiac/wheat intolerant, they warn the chef and they personally come out to take your order and bring your food to you. separate everything, your own bread rolls and olive oil for dipping, your food is made separately, etc. it has been dubbed a celiacs paradise!

i would say that’s not a bad thing at all (:
